Products and suitability

TherapistFlow sells downloadable educational resources, not clinical services or software. Check the product description, included files, language and compatibility before ordering. We do not promise clinical outcomes, time savings or legal compliance.

Professional responsibility

Only qualified professionals should determine whether a particular AI-assisted workflow is permissible for their practice. Never provide identifiable patient data to unapproved AI tools. Review any AI-generated draft and do not allow a prompt to invent diagnoses, risk findings, interventions or treatment plans.

Prices, currencies and tax

Product prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. The total payable and any applicable taxes or charges must be shown before the final payment confirmation. Payment currency conversion or bank charges may be imposed by your provider. Italian regime forfettario does not automatically establish the treatment of every cross-border sale.

Ordering and delivery

Paid orders are completed through WarriorPlus checkout and its selected merchant provider. WarriorPlus presents checkout pricing, relevant payment conditions and a receipt. The digital product or delivery instructions are made available through the product access/delivery setting configured in WarriorPlus, including the buyer purchase area. Contact TherapistFlow support if access does not arrive.

Digital-content use license

Unless an item expressly states otherwise, an order grants one non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license for the purchaser’s own professional reference use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the materials. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Consumer withdrawal and 30-day guarantee

Eligible consumers ordinarily have a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, loss of that right depends on the required express prior consent, acknowledgment and contractual confirmation. Our separate voluntary 30-day refund guarantee is described on the Refund Policy page and does not replace statutory rights.

Business purchasers

Certain consumer protections may not apply to purchases made wholly for professional business purposes. Rights depend on the purchaser’s legal status and applicable mandatory law.
