Voluntary 30-day refund guarantee
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days after purchase if a TherapistFlow product does not suit your workflow. This is an additional commercial promise and does not reduce any mandatory statutory rights.
How to request a refund
Email support@therapistflow.com from your purchase email address and include the order reference and product name. Do not include patient information.
Processing time
Approved refunds are normally initiated within five working days. Your card issuer or bank may take additional time to make the amount available. Refunds generally go back to the original payment method unless otherwise legally required or agreed.
Statutory withdrawal
Where you qualify as a consumer, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply to distance purchases. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right may be lost only if the relevant legal conditions are met, including express prior consent, acknowledgment and contractual confirmation. If those conditions are not met, a statutory right may remain available.
Exclusions and suspected abuse
We may investigate suspected fraud or abusive requests, but any decision under this voluntary policy will not override statutory consumer rights.
Online withdrawal process
If a statutory online withdrawal function is required for your contract, it must be available and usable on the website. Contacting support by email does not replace such a required mechanism.
